Hellow Brewery is a micro craft brewery based in Taichung, Taiwan. Through beer, we tell stories of Taiwan and invite more people to discover the diversity and beauty of craft beer. Working in small batches, we explore a wide range of flavors while incorporating locally grown Taiwanese ingredients. Each brew captures something unique about the season, the land, and the place it comes from. At Hellow, we believe beer is more than just a drink. It is a bridge connecting the land, culture, and creativity—bringing a little piece of Taiwan’s story into every sip. Hellow Brewery · Mitsukoshi-Top City Branch Taproom offers a different experience on every floor. On the first floor, pull up a seat and chat with our beer sommeliers. The second floor is a private space perfect for gatherings with friends, colleagues, and family. Head up to our hidden rooftop terrace, settle into the oversized sofas, and take in the beautiful Taichung skyline at night. With 16 taps of locally brewed craft beer, along with a selection of fried bites, light dishes, and beer-friendly snacks, it is a place to explore carefully crafted beer while enjoying the city around you.

A cozy cocktail bar near Wenxin Yinghua MRT Station featuring 10 creative movie-themed signature cocktails and 13 classic cocktails, alongside a menu of Chinese comfort food including spicy wontons, dumplings, radish cake, and caramel tomato. The warmly lit interior offers bar seating, table seats, and a private lounge area. Menus are refreshed every six months.

TUBE is a two-story bar and bistro with an industrial design blending British and American pub elements. Black walls create a subtle intimacy, and the space features a memory corner with Polaroid photos and a selection of books. The bar offers over a hundred drink options crafted by bartenders, including classics like Moscow Mule and Long Island Iced Tea, as well as unique cocktails, flavored spirits, shots, party drinks, and mocktails.

A minimalist Japanese-inspired speakeasy cocktail bar in Taichung's Fengjia shopping district, co-founded by longtime friends Klaus Chang and Nicolas Yu in late 2022. The 20-seat venue features a black, grey and white color scheme inspired by black-and-white photography, with a bar, tables and a six-person private area. ANTI offers 11 annually rotating signature cocktails (NT$380-450) blending Asian and Western flavors and ingredients, six tea-based 'Tea-Tail' cocktails (NT$400-420), seasonal fruit specials, classics, and mocktails, alongside a small food menu headlined by Braised Beef Noodles (NT$340).
