Hellow Brewery is a micro craft brewery based in Taichung, Taiwan. Through beer, we tell stories of Taiwan and invite more people to discover the diversity and beauty of craft beer. Working in small batches, we explore a wide range of flavors while incorporating locally grown Taiwanese ingredients. Each brew captures something unique about the season, the land, and the place it comes from. At Hellow, we believe beer is more than just a drink. It is a bridge connecting the land, culture, and creativity—bringing a little piece of Taiwan’s story into every sip. Hellow Brewery · Mitsukoshi-Top City Branch Taproom offers a different experience on every floor. On the first floor, pull up a seat and chat with our beer sommeliers. The second floor is a private space perfect for gatherings with friends, colleagues, and family. Head up to our hidden rooftop terrace, settle into the oversized sofas, and take in the beautiful Taichung skyline at night. With 16 taps of locally brewed craft beer, along with a selection of fried bites, light dishes, and beer-friendly snacks, it is a place to explore carefully crafted beer while enjoying the city around you.
