A specialty delicatessen in Taichung's Central District offering curated European cheeses, cold cuts, handcrafted and customizable charcuterie boards, store-made hummus, breads, imported wine, beer, coffee and kombucha. Co-located with The Firmament Bakery, it is run by owner Vivian, a former fashion student who developed her expertise in cheese and charcuterie pairings while working at a Canadian deli.
