Dida Creamery has been making artisan cheese in Taichung since 2015, founded by a foodie couple—Taiwanese Brenda and American husband Henry. Their cheeses are crafted with fresh Chiayi milk and paired with local fruits, Taiwanese honey, and products from culinary connoisseurs across Taiwan. The shop offers a range from fresh mozzarella, goat cheese, and ricotta to aged varieties, as well as imported cheeses sold by weight, cured meats, canned goods, and condiments. Events and tastings are also welcome.
