The menu features three signature slow-simmered Cantonese broths—including Vitality Nourishing, Aromatic Spiced Wellness, and Cantonese Beauty Nourishing broths—served with premium meats, seafood, and seasonal vegetables. A tableside broth tasting ritual and dual-flavor hot pot are signature experiences. Winter-limited nourishment sets are available through February, crafted in collaboration with the Michelin-recommended Ming Juan Lou Chinese Restaurant on the second floor.
